The locations for these events are the two paved sections of the Trail as of 2024. They are located at the Maine State Visitor Center on Route 113 In Fryeburg and by the Windham soccer field on the other paved portion of the Mountain Division Trail (off Gambo Road in Windham)..
These are family friendly event with some basic rules. No profanity, offensive, or political language, respect other artists work. Practically, the art was drawn on the lefthand side, bike/ped on the right.
These “Chalk the Trail” events are held annually in July.
